To ensure continuous development, the reduction
of production costs and to protect the environment,
we’ve invested in a thermal sand regeneration unit.
Our machinery processes sand at 0.5 tons/hour.
This is a variable rate depending on what is being processed and allows organic compounds present in the sand to be burned off. This means we’ve been able to reduce our environmental impact by cutting sand use from 150 tons per month to 50 tons per year.
