History

  • 1944: Creation of industrial society of modeling Guillet Frères in Montrouge (92).
  • 1968: Removal of this company in Arcueil (94).
  • 2001: Atelier d’Antony DESRIAC, established in 1960 and SERV established in 1970, both based in Antony (92) joined the group.
  • Guillet Frères installs on the same site.
  • Setting up a workshop turning, milling, fitting, mechanical welding assembly, sheet metal and industrial controls.
  • January 2003: Acquisition of Fonderie GINET, founded in 1950, now named GINET Fonderie sas
  • September 2003: Certification of four group companies with ISO 9001: 2000 standard.
  • 2005: The Group consists of four companies took the name Guillet Technologies.
  • July 2006: PERIMECA based in Fontenay le Vicomte (91), established in 2003, specializing in the creation of assemblies and controls layring for machining, and machining of castings in medium series, joined the group.
  • January 2008: Renewal of ISO 9001 certification and getting certification EN 9100 version 2003 for the four group companies.
  • March 2010: PERIMECA includes new premises, more spacious Grigny (91).
  • July 2011: Compliance with the new version of EN 2009 version 9100.
  • December 2011: Establishment of a new 5-axis machining center at the site of PERIMECA.
  • May 2012: Implementation of laser clipping and EDM on the site of Guillet Technologies.
  • September 2012: Establishment of a new mechanical testing machine with extensometer built on the site of GINET Fonderie.
  • November 2012: Setting up a second new 5-axis on PERIMECA site.
  • December 2012: Acquisition of SAS MOULIN founded in 1946 and based in Saint Ouen l’Aumône (95).
  • March 2013: Moving GINET Fonderie on the same site as SAS MOULIN.
  • October 2013: During the follow-up audit, extending the scope of  EN 9100 and ISO 9001 certification to SAS MOULIN.
